Conductance Yoga

Understanding the correct relationship between magnetic flux and conductance can lead to the development of metaphysical abilities.  Several studies demonstrate resistance is not linear to conductance, but that magnetic flux is.  In the Standard Model of physics, where charge is notated as a single dimension in some units and as distributed dimension in others, the unit of resistance is incorrectly identified as the reciprocal of conductance.  The Aether Physics Model corrected the charge notation error of 20th Century physics.

In the neurosciences, conductance measures feelings.  Lie detecting equipment relies on the measurement of conductance, and is commonly used by law enforcement agencies.  Conductance is a measure of feeling.  The experience of feeling is the experience of conductance in our body and its surrounding environment.    

All physical objects possess the quality of conductance.  The Aether (space) also possesses the quality of conductance.  The conductance of our being can detect and influence the conductance of other things and space.  Space can store conductance, and this may be a mechanism for certain types of memory and paranormal phenomena.  By using our mind to control feelings we can influence and be influenced by our environment and the matter within it.

Conductance is key to understanding the science of metaphysics.  Modern science dismisses feeling by placing exclusive trust in rational thoughts. At best, feelings are treated with deep suspicion because due to their subjective nature.  Our lack of trust and awareness toward our feelings has made them seem unreliable.  

Glands produce hormones.  Hormones are associated with very specific feelings.  Although it is true hormones can cause feeling within us, it is also true we can will the feeling into existence in order to produce the associated hormones.  Hormones are essential to many body functions.  Without hormones our metabolism suffers or even shuts down.  This causes the conditions for degenerative diseases and the aging process.  Modern medical science can prolong life by repairing the damage done from degenerative diseases and aging, but the ideal method for prolonging life and preserving health is to continually rejuvenate the body using internally manufactured hormones.

A good body-cleansing may be useful for ridding decades of accumulated wastes and toxins.  The body needs to be fed the correct molecules (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, fats, proteins, and others) and to exercise for it to function properly. 

In childhood and throughout our twenties, our body produces peak quantities of hormones, which causes us to experience many intense feelings.  By the time we are in our thirties, we may grow tired of the roller coaster feelings and tend to not mind when our body slows its hormone production.  However, the lower hormone production continues to decline and by our forties we could be suffering from hormone deficiency.  Therefore, as we pass thirty years of age and beyond it is important to keep our feelings active.  If we wish to maintain our youthful health then we must develop the conscious act of experiencing life through a wide range of feelings.

Attending and participating in plays, concerts, sporting events, church services, and meditation are among many activities that help to stimulate feelings.  With a properly structured meditation practice, we can regularly activate all the necessary feelings.  Conductance yoga is specifically designed for this purpose.  In conductance yoga, we practice cleansing our feelings by bringing the pure feeling of the Aether (primordial environment) into the body.   We use the pure feeling of Aether as "soap" to cleanse and stimulate the glands, which then produce hormones.  The pure feeling of Aether is easily experienced and directed by the mind.

Conductance yoga draws upon techniques used for thousands of years by yogis and mystics and can be practiced in the convenience of one's own home, or in a group meeting place.  The meditation music helps train the vocal chords to resonate the body, to stimulate the fundamental feelings, and to give the rational mind something to think about while the feeling mind develops intensity.  The music also creates a suitable environment for the yoga practice to develop and deepen.

The Music for Conductance Yoga is available for purchase below.  To Western ears, the music may seem abrasive; much like Tibetan music.   However, it is specifically engineered with square wave structure to penetrate into the body and help the mind stimulate molecular and cellular processes.   Like Tibetan music, it is composed to a key of low F.  Learning to chant in a low note, particularly a low F, helps the feeling of the yoga practice reach deep into the lower body.  

Preparation

The practice develops quicker when performed in a quiet place.  The focus for the eyes can be an altar of your faith, or a blank white wall.  I prefer an illuminated glass ball on a pedestal, which is lit from underneath.  A soft white light on the upper half of a blank white wall makes an excellent meditation space and helps stimulate the pituitary and pineal glands.

Traditional Japanese floor cushins, such as a zabutan and zafu, are well suited for this yoga.  The zabutan is large enough for accommodating the knees and feet, and the zafu lifts the pelvis to the right height.  Blankets and pillows could also work.  

Download Music for Conductance Meditation from the list at the left.  You can click on the link to hear a sample.  Practice chanting "Om" to experience the effect for yourself.  The meditation sounds are designed to harmonize with the voice, molecules and cells; they are not designed as common song.  The meditation composition is fourteen minutes long.  You will want to set your player to auto repeat so that you can continue meditating as long as you feel comfortable doing so.  Daily meditations of about twenty eight to thirty minutes produce excellent results.  Sit longer sessions only when it feels effortless to do so.  If the day is unusually disturbed, it is okay to miss a day, but it is best to meditate every day, even when you don't feel like it at first.  After about ten minutes, the practice easily begins resetting the mind to a peaceful and joyful state.  By the time the yoga is over, any negative or tired feelings from before will have disappeared.

Sitting with the legs crossed or in the position most comfortable for you, assume the seven point posture.  

The Practice

Lambdoma Yin and Yang RatiosStart the meditation music.  Notice it is composed with a constant fundamental note and a changing harmonic note.  The harmonic notes are alternating reciprocals of the fundamental.  For example, the first harmonic note is 2 times the fundamental.  The second harmonic note is 1/2 times the fundamental.  These harmonic reciprocals are representative of the Yin and Yang concept.  The rational mind lives in Yin and Yang.

However, it is the constant and unchanging fundamental that is the focus for our voice.  We will chant "Om" to the fundamental note.  

Take a deep breath, then exhale all the air from the lungs.  On the next inward breath, feel the air passing the mouth and nose while pouring down the throat and spine like water pouring from a glass.  Feel the pure feeling of Aether pouring in with the breath as it falls to the base of the spine and fills the body.  After the lungs have filled from the bottom toward the top, softly chant "Om" whiledividing the duration between "ooooo" and "mmmmmm."  Expel the air from the top of the lungs down toward the bottom like pressing a bag from top to bottom.   When finished vocalizing, expel all remaining air from the lungs.  (After practicing for a week or so this will become much easier and the lungs will become cleaner.)  Allow the next breath to pour down the spine as in the first.  Do not be concerned if you are not satisfied with the "singing" quality of the voice.  This is not a song, it is merely a sound for causing vibration within the body.

On the in-breath, feel a sense of pure feeling in the surrounding space.  Breathe the pure feeling in through the nose and mouth along with the air.  Feel the feeling pass through the mouth and nose area as it washes down the spine.  While chanting, feel the accumulated feelings pooling in the gonads.  Allow the feeling of sexuality to become active.  (Although this might sound obvious to some people, the feeling of sexuality does not mean one has to perform the sexual act.)  The sexual feeling arises from the release of hormones into the blood stream.  Although the sex hormones are used for mating, they are also used by the body to perform many important metabolic processes.   Having the feeling of sexuality without performing the sexual act is a part of healthy living.Glands of the Body

Repeat the practice of breathing in feeling from the surrounding Aether and into the gonads for about ten breaths.  The number of times is not as important as the quality of the practice.  Feel the raw feeling of the Aether.  Feel the feeling as it passes through the nose and mouth area.  Feel the feeling activate the gonads.  Feel these feelings expand within and into the surrounding space of the body; expanding a little further each time.   Release the hormones into the blood stream.  When the sexual feeling is established, continue to the next step.

Allow the breath to pour down and accumulate at the base of the spine.  When exhaling during the chant, allow the accumulated feeling to fill the pancreas.  Relax into the pancreas while intoning "Om" and feel the feelings of work and determination.  Just as sexual feeling is a clear physiological sensation, work feeling is also physiological.  The pancreas releases hormones that simultaneously relax the belly and give a sensation of being able to accomplish things.  Repeat this ten times.  If your initial feeling is different, then follow that feeling instead.  It is more important to relax into your present feeling, or lack of feeling, than it is to rationally force yourself to feel something that is not there.

The purpose of the conductance yoga is to become one with our feelings, rather than become an analyst of our feelings.  Let the rational mind listen to the changing harmonic tones of the music, but keep returning awareness to feeling the feelings.   This advice becomes easier with practice.

In the next step, follow the same breathing pattern as before and allow the feelings to rise to the adrenal glands while still feeling sexuality of the gonads and the work feeling of the pancreas.  Adrenaline can give a sense of excitement, preparedness, fright, and survival.  Feel the adrenaline being released into the blood stream as you allow the pure feeling of Aether to fill from the base of the spine, through the pancreas and into the adrenals.  Again, it is not important whether you can activate the desired feelings as it is to feel the feelings you actually feel.  It may take a week of daily practice to get a handle on the feel of feelings.

After stimulating the adrenal glands, follow the same breathing pattern as before but allow the pure Aether feeling to fill from the base of the spine to the thymus gland.  While maintaining the feelings of the lower organs, feel the feeling of unconditional love and compassion in the thymus gland.  The thymus actually shrivels up and disappears in most people as they get older.  This is probably through lack of use.  Breathing into the thymus gland and expanding the feeling of compassion improves our health and our overall personality.  It won't convert us to saints overnight, but by practicing daily it can cause a fundamental shift in our personality over a longer period of time.

The fifth set of intonations are directed to the thyroid gland in the throat (in the Adam's apple).  As before, feel the feelings developed from previous breaths even as the feelings rise to stimulate the hormones of the thyroid.   Breathe pure feeling into the thyroids and release the hormones into the bloodstream.  Feel the feeling of "caring" that comes from the throat.  If the mind wants to analyze something, let it follow the changing harmonic tones.  However, allow your awareness to sink within the feelings in the thyroid and feel them.  Whatever you feel, even if it feels like nothing, it is good enough for now.

When bringing awareness to the feeling of the pituitary there may be a sensation of light.  The sensation is the feeling of light, as opposed to the observation of light.  This feeling also has a touch of "impartiality" to it.  If the feeling arises, just relax into it without analyzing or trying to capture it.  If the feelings of light and impartiality do not rise into awareness, then relax into whatever feeling you feel associated with the pituitary gland.  Learning to feel is not about accomplishment, it is about being.

If sufficient time was invested in developing feeling in the six previous glands, then a sense of anticipation may arise as the pineal gland is approached.  The pineal gland is also associated with a feeling of light, and it radiates up from the top of the head.  The feeling starts from the base of the spine, but instead of going up the spine, it creates a bubble around the body as it encapsulates all the other feelings.  The pineal feeling surrounds the body as it reaches the pineal gland and connects forever upward in a blazing white feeling.   The feeling associated with the pineal gland unites with and harmonizes the feelings of all the other glands.  With months of practice, the feelings of the other glands become muted while the feeling of the pineal gland develops vibrance, radiance, and aliveness.  

After completing this last set of ten intonations and associated exploration of feelings, continue sitting quietly while allowing the feelings to expand.  Notice how feeling the feelings keeps the awareness in the present moment.  Dwell with your feelings and become familiar with them.  These feelings are essential to good health and are a very important part of being human.  

Again, reflect on the connection between feeling and conductance.  Just as we can be aware of our body mass and how it affects our weight, we can also be aware of our feelings and how they affect conductance in the various locations of our body.  After practicing the conductance yoga daily for six months or so, we are then prepared to develop our skills further.  It is possible to physically affect our environment and objects around us with only our feelings.
